1. Returns

- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

- Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
3. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- We may require photos of the damaged or defective item to process your claim.
